    Initial Consultation

    Share your vision, dimensions, deity preference, and intended placement. Our team responds within 24 hours with preliminary guidance and material recommendations.

    Design & Material Selection

    Our head artisan creates detailed sketches and 3D references. You select your Makrana marble grade — pure white, veined, or mottled — and approve the final design before carving begins.

  3. 03

    Master Carving

    A dedicated artisan with 15–25 years of experience hand-carves your piece using traditional chisels and modern precision tools. Progress photographs are shared at each milestone.

  4. 04

    Finishing & Polishing

    The completed sculpture is finished to your chosen surface treatment — high polish, matte, or antique patina — and undergoes a final quality inspection before packaging.

    Custom Crating & Worldwide Delivery

    Every custom piece is secured in a bespoke wooden crate with foam-cut inserts. We handle export documentation and white-glove delivery to your location — anywhere in the world.

How long does a custom commission take?
Timelines depend on complexity and size. A standard deity statue (2–3 ft) takes 6–10 weeks. A large temple mandir (5–7 ft) typically takes 14–20 weeks. Rush commissions may be possible — discuss during consultation.
What is the minimum commission size?
We accept commissions from 6 inches to over 10 feet. There is no formal minimum size, though very small pieces (under 6 inches) may be better served from our existing catalogue.
Can I request a specific deity or pose?
Yes. Any deity, mudra, posture, iconographic tradition, or artistic style can be accommodated. Provide reference images and our artisans will work from them directly.
Do you ship custom commissions internationally?
Yes. We ship to 40+ countries. All custom pieces are custom-crated with foam inserts and we handle full export documentation. Delivery time after completion is typically 5–15 business days by air freight.
What are the payment terms?
We require a 40% advance to begin work, 40% at the halfway milestone (shared via photographs), and the remaining 20% before dispatch. All payments are secured via bank transfer or international payment gateway.
Can I make changes after carving begins?
Minor design refinements can be accommodated in the early stages at no cost. Significant changes after primary carving has begun may incur additional charges and extend the timeline.
