By accessing or using the Vishakha Moorti Kala Kendra (VMKK Marble Artistry) website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any artwork designs, imagery, or content without prior written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material.

Handcrafted Sculptures & Natural Stone Disclaimer

All sculptures displayed on the Site are handcrafted marble artworks created from natural stone blocks (Makrana White Marble, Vietnam Marble, Black Marble, etc.). Because natural stone is formed organically over millions of years, natural variations in vein patterns, color tones, crystal opacity, and minor hand-carving textures are inherent characteristics of genuine marble and do not constitute defects.

All custom orders and commissions are subject to design approval and stone availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion prior to stone carving, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) for domestic orders and USD (or local currency) for international orders. For custom temple or statue commissions, a 50% advance deposit is required to begin stone procurement and carving. The remaining 50% balance plus shipping fees must be cleared prior to final packaging and dispatch.

Shipping & Global Delivery

We ship worldwide to 40+ countries. All sculptures are securely packed in art-grade fumigated wooden crates with shock-absorbent cushioning. Delivery timelines depend on statue size and destination customs clearance. Import duties, taxes, and local customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

As all sculptures are custom-carved to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted once carving has commenced. All international and domestic shipments carry full transit insurance. In the rare event of transit damage, claims must be submitted to us in writing at support@vishakhamoorti.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing photographs and video footage.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including product photography, 3D renderings, brand logos, custom sculpture designs, and textual content — is the exclusive property of Vishakha Moorti Kala Kendra and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vishakha Moorti Kala Kendra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or installation of sculptures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
